RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your product, but in the instance they you would like to cancel or return your order, please see our policy below.

  • CHANGE OF MIND - RETURNS

    We do not offer returns if you have changed your mind. 
  • CANCELLATIONS

    We do not offer cancellation of order. However if you change your mind on scent choice please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item is in stock, then we are happy to make that change.
  • FAULTY OR DAMAGED

    If your product arrives and is faulty we will offer a full refund (excluding postage) as long as you provide adequate evidence of fault. We will then offer an exchange in this case with free postage.
    We will always ship your candles well packaged, however if they arrive damaged, Candle Empire takes no responsibility for any damages that have occurred during transit. 
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Where a refund is to be made we will process the order back to the credit card or paypal account that was used. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to process.
    We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as received. In some circumstances there may be delays as our candles are hand poured and therefore may take a little longer.
    We are not responsible for any delays in delivery,  once dispatched, for reasons beyond our control.
    We may update our privacy and delivery statements at any time. Please refer to this page before placing orders.
